Introduction

Prof. Steve S. Chung is the investigator of our research team . The lab is located on Room 411, Engineering Building IV, National Chiao Tung University, Hsinchu City.
Recently, our source of funding and the cooperative partners include NSC, ERSO, TSMC, UMC and MOSEL etc.
Over the years, the graduates from our lab mainly do the jobs about electronics industry. They play vital roles in the IC companies in science park such as the research, design and productive deparment of TSMC, UMC, Winbond and Macronix etc.

This year, the researches of forefront devices that are our main research topics include:

• The development, physical mechanism and model researches of the 3D transistor nano devices
• The design, fabrication, operation mechanisms and damage machanisms discssion of the embedded memory devices
• The design, fabrication, operation mechanisms and damage machanisms discssion of 3D transistor nano devices
• The circuit design and the application of the embedded memories
• The circuit design and the application of the AI neural network devices

Over the past five years,the research projects includes:

• development of TFET、FinFET device structure and technique
• development of flash memory、RRAM、OTP device and circuit system
• Research of reliability analysis methods of above-mentioned devices
• Establishment of SPICE models of devices
